Limejump is a technology platform that manages a large renewable energy network. Our portfolio delivers clean energy to businesses and homes, using renewables and stored energy when it’s needed to meet demand.
We connect and manage 100% renewable energy through the intelligent control of renewable generators, such as wind turbines and solar panels. We work closely with renewable asset owners, buying their energy and then selling it onto the UK’s grid, giving them simple access to the power market. But, the sun isn’t always shining and the wind isn’t always blowing. We must therefore capture energy for times when there is high demand. By harnessing big data and renewable technology, we accelerate the UK’s transition to net zero carbon emissions.
Since 2019 Limejump has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell.
As a Commercial Lead you will lead a team of Business Development Managers and Relationship Managers. Your role will be to commercially cement Limejump as a market leader in battery storage optimisation, with a focus on growing and retaining our portfolio of battery storage customers.
Reporting directly to our Head of Commercial and part of the Commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and people leadership of your team, while also providing hands-on support and stewardship with some of our largest customers and deals.
You will bring detailed electricity market knowledge and strong relationship management skills, with relevant experience in a senior role in Trading, Project Development or Origination. In this high profile role you will work closely with the wider Commercial team, alongside Operations, Finance, Tech and our colleagues at Shell Trading. You will have an ability to work collaboratively with people of different skill sets and backgrounds to drive the best outcomes for our customers.

Limejump works off hybrid model, split between home and office working.
Unfortunately, Limejump cannot offer 100% remote roles.
