We work closely with renewable asset owners, buying their energy and then selling it onto the UK’s grid, giving them simple access to the power market. By harnessing big data and renewable technology, we accelerate the UK’s transition to net zero carbon emissions.


The Role

As a Relationship Manager you will drive portfolio growth and retention by owning and developing relationships with our renewable generation customers. Your role will be to demonstrate Limejump’s capability as a market leader in onshore renewable power purchase agreements through proactive and enduring relationship management throughout the customer lifecycle including renewals. This role will report directly to our Commercial Lead and is an integral part of the Renewables team. 

You will be highly motivated and willing to get stuck in as part of the wider Commercial team. In this high profile role you will work closely with other teams including, Operations, Finance, Tech and our colleagues at Shell Trading. You will have an ability to work collaboratively with people of different skill sets and backgrounds to drive the best outcomes for our customers.  



  • Proactively engage with our renewable generation customers, who have vast and varying levels of energy expertise.
  • Build strong, trusted and high value relationships with our partners, including brokers.
  • Leverage your relationship skills to generate referral based business and to expand the portfolio we manage with our existing customers.
  • Own value and MW retention targets for your customers.
  • Be an ambassador and champion for your customers internally, this includes holding strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Operations to drive portfolio development and issue escalation and resolution.
  • Share customer and competitor insight with our the Renewables and Commercial Analytics team, propose strategies that leverage these insights to harness competitive advantage.
  • Represent the commercial team externally in client meetings, site visits and industry forums.
  • Provide respectful feedback and bring a collaborative attitude to your interactions with internal teams including Operations, Trading and Tech to ensure at all times we are providing high value to our customers.
  • Follow and continually improve all internal processes, reducing ambiguity and striving for 100% deal accuracy at all times.
  • Ensure all reporting on renewals is timely and accurate.
  • Continually innovate and challenge the status quo. Limejump are and want to continue being a leader in the UK renewables market, and your insight and relationship management skills will play a key role in this.


Essential Skills:

  • Experience or good knowledge of the energy sector - ideally in renewable generation.
  • Refined relationship management skills developed through you work experience in an account management, relationship management or equivalent customer facing role.
  • Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Natural networker and ability to turn challenging situations and relationships around.
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to operate in a deadline and target driven environment.
  • Track record of working collaboratively on projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in both collaborative and autonomous environments with the ability to receive and provide respectful challenge.

Working Pattern
Limejump works off hybrid model, split between home and office working.

Unfortunately, Limejump cannot offer 100% remote roles.
