About the Role

Limejump seeks a highly motivated Graduate Data Analyst to join our enthusiastic and collaborative Business Development team.

You will be responsible for analysing the performance of renewable energy generators prior to us contracting them onto our platform. You will be comfortable using excel to perform data manipulation and data review in line with set criteria. This role requires commercial awareness and a willingness to get stuck in to develop and improve processes.

This role will report to our Lead Commercial Analyst and will work closely with peers across the organisation.


What You’ll Do:

  • Review and manipulate Half Hourly Meter data that we receive from our prospective renewable generation customers.
  • Validate data against internal criteria to review the performance of renewable assets, and present this to the Business Development team to influence commercial decisions.
  • Transform data into the required formats for our forecasting and pricing teams.
  • Develop simple models or automation to reduce reliance on manual data analysis and validation.
  • Assist the Business Development and wider Commercial team with ad hoc analytical and operational tasks.
  • Build trusted relationships with key internal teams including Account Management, Data Science and FinOps.
  • Be an integral and valued member of the Business Development team. You will contribute to the overall growth of Limejump via your role and collaboration with the team.


What’s Needed - Essential Skills and Experience:

  • An interest and passion for renewable energy.
  • University degree in a numeric subject or equivalent experience.
  • Good numeracy skills, with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Resilience, grit and willingness to roll your sleeves up to help us scale.
  • Experience in paid employment.


Desirable Experience:

  • Applied use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working in a commercial office environment.
  • An understanding of renewable energy in the UK.

Working Pattern

Limejump works off hybrid model, split between home and office working.

Unfortunately, Limejump cannot offer 100% remote roles.
